The "Lachs" holiday apartment in the Scholle holiday home is a 2-room apartment on the mezzanine level that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>The approximately 70 m² two-room holiday rental is lovingly furnished. It’s located on the mezzanine level of the holiday home and features a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies. The beach is about 10 metres away.<br><br>The living room invites you to feel at home and relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious, open atmosphere. In addition to standard living room furnishings, such as a sleeper sofa (180 x 200 cm), a TV is, of course, provided. The couch folds out and can be used as an additional sleeping space for two people. Curtains and pleated blinds are provided for privacy. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces the lake. From the balcony, you can access the property’s garden. Children in particular will love the boat moored here.<br><br>You can reach the bedroom via the hallway. It features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. You can also use an additional flat-screen TV. Of course, the windows can be darkened with pleated blinds.<br><br>You can access the kitchen directly from the hallway. The modern built-in kitchen has everything you could want. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove with 4 ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, plenty of dishes and glasses, and much more. You can enjoy meals together in a cosy dining area. Soak up the afternoon sun on the south-facing balcony, which is accessible from the kitchen. On the balcony, you can use the electric grill (tabletop grill) provided.<br><br>The stylish bathroom features light-colored tile flooring and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer. There is also a guest bathroom.<br><br>The floor in the holiday rental is covered with designer flooring. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.<br><br>A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. One free outdoor parking space (No. 1) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth during the cold season.<br><br>Each apartment has two balconies—one facing the lake and one facing south.<br><br>A fully equipped kitchen is standard. Kitchen amenities include, for example, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.<br><br>The building is very well equipped with Wi-Fi, an lift, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or outdoor car park.
