Holiday Apartment No. 10 at the Seebach Resort is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>In this spacious 60-square-meter holiday apartment, you’ll find a bright living room with a kitchenette and access to the balcony, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 80 metres from the Seebach resort.<br><br>Floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious living experience. From the light-filled living room, you have direct access to the furnished balcony. In the living room, the cosy seating area invites you to relax. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available.<br><br>The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, and a 4-burner cooktop. A large dining table near the kitchenette provides the ideal spot for shared meals. A washing machine is available in a separate storage room.<br><br>Both bedrooms in this holiday rental feature a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm), 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a wardrobe. Curtains and roller blinds in both bedrooms provide privacy and sun protection.<br><br>The holiday apartment is non-smoking. A maximum of one pet is allowed. The entire living area has laminate flooring. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.<br><br>The Seebach holiday complex is located right in the centre of Boltenhagen and has an lift. Only from April through October is a parking space reserved for you in the large car park, approximately 800 m away. You’ll receive the parking pass upon arrival in exchange for a deposit of €20.00. From November through March, you’ll need to use the public parking spaces for a fee. There is a bicycle storage room in the building’s underground garage.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating.
