The "Nixe" holiday rental, No. 18 in the Waterkant holiday complex, is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This bright and modern holiday rental with a northwest-facing balcony measures 67 m² and is located on the 2nd floor. Here you’ll find a combined living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The balcony faces northwest. The distance to the beach (pier) is approximately 100 metres.

The living area is bright and modernly furnished. The cosy couch invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV is available for your use. Plus, the numerous books on hand ensure you’ll never get bored. The focal point is a fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere—especially during the colder months. From the living room, you can access the northwest-facing rooftop terrace/corner balcony, which features a beach chair and balcony furniture.

The first bedroom of the holiday rental is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. It has a walk-in closet that offers plenty of storage space. The second bedroom features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), which are also suitable for adults. You can darken the rooms with curtains.

The spacious bathroom, featuring a large bathtub and shower, also includes a washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate guest bathroom, as well as a small storage closet that provides space for a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, etc.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with a microwave, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The modern dining table by the bright balcony window offers the ideal spot for shared meals.

The living and sleeping areas feature hardwood floors, while the bathroom and kitchen areas have high-quality tile flooring. Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property where pets are not permitted.

The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

At the Waterkant holiday complex, you’ll spend your holiday right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 metres away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground car park (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 metres).

The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 holiday apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the holiday apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to Buildings A and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the holiday apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
