The cosy sitting area is perfect for relaxing. You can step directly from the living room onto the furnished, east-facing balcony.<br><br>The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a two-door closet that offers plenty of space for your holiday clothes. This room is carpeted. The windows have blackout curtains.<br><br>The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and features an oven with a built-in microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. <br><br>Of course, there is a tiled shower room. Smoking is not permitted in this holiday rental, and pets are not allowed.<br><br>The Hanse Hof holiday complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an lift. Of course, each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.<br><br>From the underground car park, both a staircase and an lift (cabin size 90x138 cm) lead to all floors.
