It is located just about 10 metres from the beach.<br><br>The living room features a couch, a fireplace, a large swivel LCD TV with a PC connection, and a DVD player. The modern, cosy dining area seats 4 people. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace—furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair—and into the adjacent garden. Here, you can enjoy your coffee while keeping an eye on the kids as they play. You can access a second terrace from both bedrooms. Here, too, you can enjoy the partial lake view.
