Holiday Apartment No. 46 in the Sünnslag holiday complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This welcoming 3-room apartment, furnished with attention to detail, invites you to enjoy a carefree holiday. The approximately 64 m² ground-floor apartment with a terrace in a sunny south-facing location can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m.

You can step out onto the sunny terrace—complete with patio furniture, a parasol, and a view of the Klützer Mühle—directly from the living area. The living room features a cosy dining area and a sofa set. For added comfort, there’s a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray home theatre system (Bluetooth and USB ports), a stereo system, and a large selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs. The living room floor is covered with laminate flooring.

The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop with oven, a microwave, a Senseo and a filter coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. For younger guests, a travel cot with a mattress, an adjustable high chair, (sand) toys, and a beach blanket are provided.

The modern bedroom creates a cosy atmosphere with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Another bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet is directly adjacent to the living area. Both bedrooms feature designer flooring. The windows in both sleeping areas are covered with pleated blinds.

The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.

The tiled shower room was completely renovated and modernised in 2025 and offers you the utmost comfort. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The apartment’s designated parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and the quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, provide a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
