The Reet/AM20a holiday home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>Completed in 2015, this spacious semi-detached home with a thatched roof spans three floors and features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, an infrared sauna, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your holiday here—over 100 m². Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.<br><br>On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living room with a cosy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. You’ll also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway here.<br><br>The south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. From morning until late afternoon, you can enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace. A beach chair and two sun loungers also invite you to relax.<br><br>The living area is equipped with an LED TV and a radio/CD player for your entertainment. The very well-equipped modern kitchenette features a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.<br><br>There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm and 90 x 190 cm). Both bedrooms feature large closets for your clothes and an LED TV each. You’ll also find our cosy infrared sauna with an LED colour light system on the upper floor, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The washing machine is also located on the upper floor.<br><br>In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).<br><br>All rooms have tile flooring or, in the attic, laminate flooring, making them suitable for people with allergies. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that, unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets or smoke inside the premises. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.<br><br>Fly screens are provided from April through November. You’re welcome to store your bicycles in the shed. An electric grill is also available for you in the shed. The beach is only about 400 m away. The car park is located right at the resort’s entrance. This holiday home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access.<br><br>Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included.
