We used this property as a half way point to visit Monterey and SanFrancisco. It was exactly as described and a lot nicer in person. It had everything we needed. Host was great and the check in/check out process was smooth. Although we did not go down to the beach, it is just a short walk down. House had great ocean views and there was a grocery store nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property! Very clean, recently renovated with nice furnishings. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook-in including items many properties don't have like seasoning, non-stick spray, aluminum foil, zip lock, and food storage containers. All the cookware items we needed including a BBQ grill with meat thermometer. 3 bedroom setup was perfect. Bathrooms were well stocked with product. Large driveway to park and a great deck on three sides of the home. Check in was simple with a door code. Responsive host.

Kristen is a kind and thoughtful host. This is a great location, close to several beaches. There are very good grocery and restaurant options close by. We appreciated the house amenities, the cleanliness, and the host’s attention to details. It is very welcoming- has all the comforts of home. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We will definitely return.

The beach house is absolutely wonderful! Every and anything you would need for your stay is provided. The location to the beach is a very short walk. The home has a view of the ocean and a picturesque view of the valley. Close to dining and shopping. The hosts are amazing and if you need anything they respond quickly. We’re looking forward to another stay very soon!

Kristen, the host, was wonderful prior, during, and after our stay at her wonderful beach home. We’ve stayed at many rentals and this is at the top of the list. The view, the home, the location were all great. We will definitely be back!
