Cool spot with awesome views and within walking distance to everything. Only complaint was spider webs everywhere on balcony and stair railings, and outside trash cans were half full upon arrival.

The home was absolutely stunning and even better than described, especially the kitchen which was packed with extra amenities! The bedrooms are a bit on the smaller side, so it would have been amazing to have access to the unoccupied detached suite. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, found it hard to leave, and have already recommended the place to several friends!

hank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you found the home even better than described and enjoyed the beautiful space, especially the well-equipped kitchen and extra amenities. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bedroom size and understand that additional space can be helpful when traveling with a larger group. The detached suite is not included as part of the vacation rental, but we’re glad the home still provided a comfortable and memorable stay for your visit. Thank you for recommending us to your friends — that truly means so much. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for another wonderful getaway in the future!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and had all the pots, pans and accessories one could need. The balconies were our favorite spot - newly added furniture made them our go to family hang out spot. The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The path to the beach was very close but challenging and steep. The property management team was responsive and very helpful. There is no microwave, which isn't a problem but we didn't realize it before we bought microwaveable things. Overall a great stay and the kids and grown ups alike hope we get to stay here again!

The house was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of Rio Del Mar beach, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The kitchen was spacious, and we appreciated having TVs in all the bedrooms. That said, there were several maintenance and upkeep issues. Some items inside the home were in disrepair—such as a door that was coming off the wall (which the host addressed quickly by sending a repairman the next day). However, other issues like loose screws in chairs and a broken refrigerator handle had to be fixed by us during our stay. The exterior of the property could also use attention. The driveway appeared overgrown with weeds, and there were cobwebs around the outside areas, including the stairwell. One major drawback was the access to the house. There is a long outdoor staircase from the driveway down to the property that was not clearly described in the listing. This made unloading luggage challenging and was especially difficult for our older family members. While we expected stairs inside the home, we were not prepared for the long exterior stairwell.Additionally, outdoor seating was very limited. There were only two chairs on the upper deck and none on the lower deck, which felt insufficient for a property that accommodates up to eight guests.Overall, while the home has great potential due to its comfort and views, improvements in maintenance, exterior upkeep, and clearer communication about accessibility would significantly enhance the guest experience.
