Holiday home by the stream with 90 square metres of living space and a sunny terrace. Our holiday home, with 90 square metres of living space spread over two floors, is a largely newly renovated house built in 1965. A small, decorative front yard and a terrace with patio furniture adorn the house and are perfect for barbecuing, especially in the summer. The house can accommodate up to three people (a fourth person can stay on a sofa bed in the TV room upon request). The fully equipped kitchen-diner, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, pots, and dishes, has everything you need. A refrigerator and a freezer are located in the pantry. On the upper floor of the house, there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. A cosy living room with a TV on both the ground floor and the upper floor invites you to relax. A small, private room can be used, for example, as a bedroom with a cot or as a playroom for children. The small, cosy bathroom on the ground floor, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine is available for your use. You can use the Wi-Fi, the parking space in front of the house, and bicycle storage free of charge. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a relaxing holiday! Payment can be made in cash on site or via bank transfer in advance. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are allowed upon request for a one-time fee of 20.00 EUR per stay. A baby bed is available upon request for a one-time fee of 10.00 EUR per stay. Towels, bed linens, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.
