Enjoy an open-plan kitchen, cozy living area, and a serene bedroom. Steps from iconic Beale Street and top local attractions, you’re perfectly situated to explore Memphis. Ideal for both work and leisure, this apartment is the ultimate urban retreat in the heart of the city.
Please Note: This is a quiet residential property. For comfort of our guests, no parties/gatherings are allowed & quiet hours are strictly followed. Any violations are reported to the local authorities.
We would love to host you as our guest and thank you in advance for understanding our additional house rules:

1. Check in anytime after 4pm and check out by 11am. Please reach out if you desire an early check in and we will try to accommodate your request.

2. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the lofts. We have advance tech sensors to detect and report presence of cigarette & marijuana smoke. We would hate to charge a $200 fee.

3. Please notify owners of any difficulty or problems you incur during your stay. We will make every effort to eliminate these problems or make repairs as soon as possible.

4. Please be mindful of white linens and towels, extra cleaning fee may be applied for permanently stained linens or towels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This place was so comfortable, and in a perfect location. While there was some noise from upstairs due to the thin walls, the overall experience was still peaceful and enjoyable. There was also white noise speakers in the rooms to help you sleep that was amazing! I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Memphis!
