Enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway in this spacious 3-bedroom Deluxe unit at WorldMark Seaside, located on one of the upper four floors (5th–8th) of the resort. From the private balcony you’ll enjoy beautiful ocean and beach views, the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening sunset after a day at the shore.

With 1,050 square feet of living space, this comfortable condo easily accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling together.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, cozy fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private gas BBQ for easy vacation meals. After a long day exploring the coast, relax in the jetted soaking tub.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• King bed in the primary bedroom
• Queen bed in the second bedroom
• Two twin beds in the third bedroom
• Queen Murphy bed in the living room

Check-In Requirement:
Because you will be staying as our guest through WorldMark ownership, I will need the first and last name of the primary guest checking in before arrival. That guest must present a matching photo ID at check-in.

The resort also requires a $150 fully refundable security deposit at check-in (typically held on a credit card).
