Families will love the gaming room, trampoline, basketball hoop, and zipline tire swing. Fully renovated open-concept living space designed for entertaining and relaxing. Approximately 50 scenic miles to Lake George or Lake Placid.

Master with a Cali King bed on main floor. 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with 1 full and 1 twin bed. 33 ft new camper with bunkhouse on site for summer, spring and fall months that sleeps an additional 8. Game room upstairs. Open- concept downstairs. Patio with seating and fire table, dining table and grill.
