Beautiful 1-bedroom studio sleeps two with AC, the Falmouth retreat.

Nestled in the Davisville area of East Falmouth, this comfortable suite is designed to accommodate a couple or single guest seeking a cozy getaway. The suite features an open floor plan with a full bathroom and walk-in closet, large bedroom and queen size bed which flows into a living room with skylights and a wall of windows for plenty of light. The living room offers a roomy sofa and accent chairs providing for a very relaxing space. Accommodations include, sheets, comforter, pillows as well as a mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, heat, and AC for your convenience. In addition, guest have private entrance, large deck with outdoor dinning set (table, chairs and umbrella), accent chairs-sofa, gas grill, outdoor shower, fire pit, adirondack chairs and other amenities providing a relaxing and calm atmosphere. Feel free to use all. We’re happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio.
Located in East Falmouth Davisville area, the suite is in close proximity to Falmouth's eleven (11) beaches , shopping, restaurants, dinning, nightlife, downtown shops/ boutiques and recreational activities (bicycling, hiking, golf, fishing, kayaking etc.).
The suite is a separate studio located in a private home with its own entrance and parking for quests.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Quiet, in a peaceful neighborhood and yet situated nearby to so many wonderful restaurants/beaches/shopping places.The hosts were absolutely gracious/helpful and yet hands off for privacy. We will explore the area again soon as we were here for just a brief period of time. BUT a beautiful area to come and explore!

Don and Anny were excellent hosts and made us feel welcome on their property, which was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the Cape for two. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived and they gave us a quick tour of the studio apartment so we understood how everything worked. The communication was excellent! They even gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. (Check out the Flying Bridge!)Would recommend booking with them if you are looking to stay in the area!

Anny and Don were the intimate host. If we could give more than five stars we would. We were celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday and everything was great. They gave us eating and places to visit recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.
