Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Take out trash to garage, just leave to left out of door to the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time between 11:30PM and 8AM. A waiver is possible if approved by host.
