Wonderful four days. The home was perfect! The location was perfect! We spend a lot of time in this area. We plan on coming back several times per year.
A beautiful home with views of the lake and mountains.
This was a great home in the mountains but not to far from town. Great views and wonderful outside balcony with a fire pit, hot tub and jacuzzi. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Plenty of room for everyone! We really enjoyed ourselves.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again.
We took our children and grandchildren for a long weekend. There were 8 of us and plenty of room for all of us. The place is beautiful. We loved having the golf cart to drive down to the lake. The owner is very responsive to questions. The check in is seamless. The kitchen is well stocked/ We had everything we needed to cook meals. We will be back.

Thanks
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Kitchen was fully stocked, balconies were great for chillin’ and grilling! The upgraded hot tub was great! Loved having the golf cart for trips to and from the marina. We rented the pontoon boat and it made for such an enjoyable week on the lake. The owner stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. Terry was great to go over the basics of the pontoon boat and suggested great restaurants in the area. Beautiful, centrally located area with a hometown feel! Grandparents, parents, college age kiddos, and teens all agreed: This place is a great find! We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again for sharing your lovely home!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay!
Look forward to seeing you again!
The location is great, but condo is cheaply furnished. The beds are all uncomfortable, with the cheapest flat pillows. The “nightstands” were actually TV trays. No space to unpack clothes, no hangers in closet. The towel racks were hanging off of the wall. Condo could use a very deep clean!! The jacuzzi tub in bathroom had mildew coming out of jets. The outside area where jacuzzi was located needed to be swept. Overall the only great thing about this condo was the location.

We appreciate your review. As far as the towel racks, we just found out they had been broken and have someone going in to repair them. We changed cleaning companies and they were not updating us on issues. We are also in the process of finding a new cleaning company, because of issues with the quality of the cleaning. We have not had anyone complain about the mattresses or the pillows, but we will definitely check them out.
Thank you for bringing the tub to our attention. I do not think it is used very often and when it sits there is build up. We will make sure the cleaning people know to run the jets and clean them each time.
Thank you.
We truly enjoyed our stay. Michelle is a great host. 2nd time we stayed here & will be back!!!
Very comfortable place with everything u need!! 2nd time to stay and already planning our next trip. We really enjoy staying at this house Host is great !!
We had a great time. We did Christmas the first night on the 26th and Celebrated his 38th Birthday on the 27th. We had other family come visit from Mt Juliet and Cookeville. It was a centralized location for our growing family. Much appreciation to the owner. I know we got a little loud with the whip cream war outside but I made sure we cleaned it all up. Definitely would love to come back to stay for a week!

We are glad that you had a good time and look forward to seeing you again.
Perfect place to get away from the city and the speed of life. But still had all the modern comforts, a short drive, Golf cart ride, there is a great Marina if own a boat, also rent boats(plan ahead), very friendly/helpful staff there.
We had a great stay. Very quiet area. Great condo. Looks very updated and clean. 2 of the queen beds could use a mattress topper if not a new mattress but this didn’t hamper our stay at all. We cooked and grilled a lot while we were there and had plenty of cooking equipment. Overall a well appointed perfect location for the lake condo that is reasonably priced. We would love to stay again.
As 4 coworkers on a fishing trip we selected this property for proximity to Lake and boat rentals.
House was good for 4 individuals. Beds and bathrooms were nice.
The kitchen seemed a little thin on cookware and a few basic supplies. Photos of living room do not depict current furniture.
We stay in the house for Father’s weekend and it was amazing!! The place is soo beautiful and cozy! Very clean and soo close to the Marina! Love the quietness of this place and how peaceful it was!! My family and I fell in love with this place and we will definitely stay again in a near future. Michelle was so kind and sweet! And really helpful!

Rented both cabins and had plenty of room for the group of 9. They were very clean and extremely close to the marina. Would definitely stay here again!
