Geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet

Dieses Ferienhaus bietet sehr viel Platz auf 3 Etagen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich vollständig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Sauberkeit innen und außen ist vorbildlich.Einen Meerblick hat man nur von den höher gelegenen Balkonen, nicht aber vom Garten/Pool aus. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig.

Family holiday in Croatia

My overall impression is that I feel I overpaid for what I got here. I listing pictures are slightly misleading and gives the impression of privacy by the pool which there is not, neighbors looking directly onto pool area. The house itself is outdated and gives the feeling you are staying in a place that someone else is living in with amenities being old and cupboards falling off hinges. The front facade of house really does not impress. Plants are all dead (remove them rather then). On our last night (friday night) the neighbors partied through the night and made a terrible racket keeping us all awake all night. The house a duplex, not clearly stated in listing, so we were slightly disappointed when we arrived and realized this and our fears turned out to be justified (reference party by neighbors). Sorry but I cannot recommend this property in its current state/ pricing. If it were half the price it would be acceptable. House needs an update on interior and a more accurate listing will help avoid others experiencing similair disappointment.
