Luxury, modern equipped villa with a roof-pool, sauna, and wine cellar in the idyllic Istrian city of Pican. Located on the top of the hill, the house offers a breathtaking view of the Pican valley. This beautiful villa was built in 2020 in a quiet and secluded location that offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with their family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with bathrooms. In the basement are wellness with a sauna and a wine cellar with a piano to be found. Guests of this modern home have the roof swimming pool located in the stone house in the garden, which was in ruins before it was converted into the magnificent pool-house. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard are garden furniture, a BBQ area, sunbeds, and two parking spaces. Two bicycles are at guests' disposal too! Villa Paola is perfect for an unforgettable romantic holiday with magical sunsets every day.

Einfach nur klasse! Der Eigentümer war für uns immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Modern eingerichtet - im Poolhaus windgeschützt bei 27/28°C Wassertemperatur bis spät in den Abend hinein Baden möglich. Saunabereich hübsch gestaltet - Terrasse mit wundervoller Sicht auf den Ućka Nationalpark. Sauberer Grillplatz

Perfect

Beautiful House with extra ordinary view in a wonderful little old town. Everything was perfect and we can only recommend it. The host is very nice and gives a lot of informationen. If you are surching for something special you will be at the right place. We had a great time there.

Schönes Haus und atemberaubender Blick!

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Lage und der Blick sind wirklich einmalig! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder ;-)
