Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful cottage. This newly remodeled home has spectacular views of the Upper Saint Joe River! The kitchen has vaulted ceilings, new cabinets, and granite countertops. The dining room and the living room have amazing views of the river, and you will love being able to walk out onto the back deck, grab your favorite drink and a bite to eat, and watch the river float by 4 kayaks and lifejackets will provide some peaceful adventures!

River view is spectacular! The back patio area provides an awesome place to hang out around the fire, close to the water. Start a fire, make some s'mores, and enjoy a peaceful evening- very private for a river setting, as the opposite bank is a protected wildlife area, so no houses are facing this backyard! Bring your fishing gear and catch some smallmouth. Jump in the kayaks and explore the river! You will love the game room, which Has seating area as well as games for the kids! Gather around the table for a competitive game on the giant checkers set. Lots of parking-Come and make yourself at home and make memories that will last a lifetime. Only 35 minutes to Notre Dame Stadium. Beautiful Bonneyville Mill Park is close by, as well as a splash park five minutes away for the kids.
