Waterfront luxury Villa (54) with sunset views and boat slip

This spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water.
Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.
Dock Details:
Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind! We also invite you to explore our Guide to the Keys, where you'll find detailed information about all of our rental units, their dock slips, proximity to the pool, and recommendations on the best places to eat, explore, and unwind. The Villa can accommodate parties of up to 8 guests with use of the sleeper sofa (extra guest fee applies to parties of more than 6).

Summer vacation

The resort was beautiful and clean. Pool was awesome and beautiful. The dock was convenient and well equipped. The townhouse was amazing and the resort had the most beautiful sunset view!

Beautiful Home

We had a fabulous time in Marathon, Florida. We absolutely loved this property! The pool is clean, and plenty of chairs to relax on. The location of this property is great! We were within a close distance to shop, dine at fun restaurants, fish, snorkel, evening cruise, beaches and watched the sun set from our deck! ! We did it all! We also drove to Key West and my youngest son proposed to his girlfriend! Amazing trip and 100% recommend this property! It’s perfect!!

Great place for a vacation!

The condo was laid out perfectly for a family and was very well stocked. The rooms have clocks with charger ports and multiple pillows in various degrees of firmness. The back deck was spacious and beach/pool towels are provided for use. The pool is very close and the views of the palm trees and water were very relaxing. Marathon is a great location to be able to visit all of the keys.

Beautiful place

It was a great place, as advertised. Although we were informed after the booking that there was construction going on, replacing the docks in front of the rental. It probably would have changed our minds about renting it???. All in all it’s a great price for the Villa.

So beautiful!

We had a beautiful stay at Indigo Reef, Marina Homes in Marathon, Florida. It was our first visit to the Keys and we loved it. So many fun things to do. The Villa was amazing. It was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and the view is outstanding. Loved sitting on the porch to play cards and just enjoy the beauty of the location. Our host, John, was very responsive to questions. We definitely plan to return to this location.

Spacious Home

This home had great living space for adults. The pool area was an added bonus to the porches on the home. Although we did not have a boat we walked the docks everyday. The manatee make this a fun time. The water was clear and you could see many different types of fish and other sea life. Perfect location off the main strip, yet close enough to do thing. The Turtle hospital is a must do and located just a few minutes from this home.

Family vacay in the keys

Great place for a family vacation! Lots of room in condo. Beautiful master bedroom. Big pool (although did not feel like it was the cleanest, always cloudy). There was a manatee who came to visit each day. Absolutely stunning view and sunsets! Booked for next year already.

AWESOME PLACE!!!

We came for lobster season and stayed 7 days/nights. Definitely one of our top 5 family vacations ever!!! The location of this unit was spectacular; whether we were hunting for lobster in the Gulf or fishing in the Atlantic. The unit was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to Indigo Reef - Unit 54!!!!

Perfect for Family and Boaters

We’ve rented in Marathon for years, but this was our first stay at Indigo Reef, but it won’t be our last. The owners, John and Jodi are highly available through the stay. The house was spotless and well appointed. Not too much, not too little, just the right balance. Everything worked as it should and it’s the first stay I NEVER had to touch the thermostat! If you’re a boater, the marine facilities are great and centrally located at VACA cut, making both the Gulf and Ocean a breeze to access. The sunsets are breathtaking! We can’t wait to be back.

Amazing Week

What a great place to getaway. We loved the condo, the view and the location. Everything was just as pictured. Very well equipped and comfortable. Couldn’t get enough of the sunsets. Only suggestion would be a deep cleaning of ceiling fans, shower and sofa upholstery. Already planning next years visit.

Spectacular Views

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The views, especially at sunset, were breathtaking. The palms and water were very soothing and peaceful. Sitting on the porch and/or deck was a totally gratifying experience. We had a few problems during initial sign in with use of television but not insurmountable. Due to loss of signage in a recent hurricane, it was also difficult to navigate the entire island. However, overall it is a most wonderful place to be.

my husband had no bath and .. we had no bed had to sleep on sofa and he slept in blue striped chair
