Space was spotless, clean, and great for our family of 6. Easy access to city busses made our vacation go very smooth. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the city!

Extremely helpful, specifically about parking. Was a great stay. Would recommend anyone else looking for a house close to Lumen Field or Tmobile ballpark.

This place is really great, but our vehicles were vandalized 2 of the nights we were here by someone in the neighborhood angry that we took street parking. Our cars were keyed the first night and then gas tanks pryed open and sugar was added to our fuel. We have 15k in damages and were not offered a refund by hosts. This is not a safe location if you have a car.

We are deeply sorry for the act of vandalism your vehicles suffered during your stay. We take safety very seriously and cooperated immediately by providing any necessary information. Furthermore, the vehicles were not parked in front of the driveway, as recommended in our parking guidelines. Since the vehicles were parked on a public street, the damages were a matter for personal insurance claims or a police report, which is why we were unable to offer a stay refund. We appreciate your feedback regarding the property and continue working to provide the best experience for our guests.

Our family of 5 recently visited and found this home to be lovely. It was spacious enough for us to be comfortable and never feel cramped, the amenities and furnishings were thoughtful and pleasantly complete. The basket of snacks and starter supply of coffee was a nice touch that we appreciated. The beds were also comfortable and cozy, which is not something we can say about every rental home! Laura was clear and prompt in her communications and the location of the home was convenient for our touring the different parts of the city. Parking wasn’t plentiful, as can be expected of the city, but we only had to walk a block at most (when we had a second car). We would happily stay here again.
