Oceanfront living just doesn't get any better than this. The beach is right outside your door. Walkway straight from your deck, to the white sandy beach. There is always a nice summer breeze that keeps you comfortable when having fun in the sun. We have a new solar heated outdoor shower for 2021. There are beach umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, pails and shovels to keep you busy if you want to be active. A Bocci set and/or a frisbie if you want to take it up a notch. Others like relaxing on the deck, sitting in the new 'rockers' 2021, under the shade of the overhang and watching the pelicans fly by or see the dolphins hanging out. During turtle season, you may even see a loggerhead. See the unobstructed view of the stars at night. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen. We even have complimentary k-cups, Hot Chocolate, and tea for your arrival, to get you by until you make your grocery run. Do you like to grill at the beach? We have a gas grill all ready for your world famous burgers. We have board games, card games and books to satisfy the kid in anybody. Pirate stories, lighthouse books, shells and more, Direct Tv throughout!
Of course we are dog friendly so we have the pooch covered too. Dog bowl, toys, and need we say more, a good supply of doggie pick up bags.
Inside when you retire for the evening, the Master welcomes you with a brand new June 2016 queen pillow top mattress and it's own bath. The other bedrooms have brand new 2016 queen and 2 doubles. So we have sleeping arrangements that you need to make Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and the other bears rested and happy. Truly a story book setting, but you supply the story line and ending. Sunrises are beautiful and sunsets are breathtaking...Enjoy!

Northern transplants living the dream at the beautiful sandy coast of North Carolina. My wife and I fell in love with Emerald Isle the first time we visited here in 1992. After that it was only a matter of time before we moved. We brought our children up here in such a friendly and wonderful place it's hard to imagine ever living anywhere else. We could not be more blessed.

What makes this property unique
Composite decking, new dishwasher, wood flooring in bedrooms. Direct TV, 4 flat screens and brand new pillow top mattresses...Our furnishings are very nice and we make everything just like we would like. We have traveled to many places and stayed in many a hotel. condo etc. We believe that our experiences have helped us make the home just what we thought all of our vacations stays should have been like.
