Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out is at 11 pm. Please put sheets and used towels in the washer. Instructions for using the washer are located on the side of the unit. Detergent pods are located under the sink.

Once you’ve left, please message us so we can let the cleaners know.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am! The house needs to be in the same condition as when you check-in.

We had such a wonderful stay in Laurel. The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing Mother’s Day getaway. The location made it easy to explore downtown, and we loved being a short walk away from all of the HGTV famous spots. The host was kind, responsive & made everything feel effortless. The place was decorated so adorably.

My sister and I were thrilled with this quaint VRBO. Our host Rose has anticipated everything we might need. The cottage is decorated so nicely we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The cottage is located so close to town you can walk to restaurants. Our host Rose sent me easy to follow instructions, she made our stay very pleasant.
