5/5 Stars – Excellent Stay!The unit was exactly as described, and the detailed entry instructions made check-in completely seamless. The host was wonderful and always responded to our questions in a timely manner.While it isn't listed or fully set up as an ADA unit, it ended up being incredibly accommodating for our needs. One of the bathrooms featured helpful grab bars, a walk-in shower, and a handicap seat, and we were easily able to adapt the bedroom layout to fit my father’s motorized wheelchair. A truly excellent stay—highly recommend!

The apartment was fine. A little beat up but mostly clean and quiet. Our biggest complaint is that it seems to be managed through a property company. Booking was annoying, they use a secondary app that forces you to submit a personal photo and pay an extra security deposit. Communication seemed like it kept coming from different people, through the app and text. The listing advertised a pull out double sofa that doesn't exist. So it wasn't truly a 5 person space. There was a couch, but no extra sheets, blankets, or towels. They sent a maintenance person to fix water damage in a bathroom while we were there, interrupting a work call that was going on. Check in instructions were well documented and easy to follow. All in all, the building seemed newer and it was a decent price and close to downtown which made getting to our event easy.
