Perfect size and location

Great house that was the perfect size for four and had all of the amenities we needed (parking, nice kitchen, 2 beds). Also was close to downtown so had easy access to the nightlife.

Great location!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a Fever game and Gainbridge was easily walkable along with local pizza and coffee shops. We also enjoyed using the folding chairs stored on the back deck while our kids ran off energy in the backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, good communication with host, easy to locate, easy to enter, nice to have street parking included especially in close proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place to setup home base and explore Nap city!

We had a great time staying and exploring Indy while visiting for the B1G championship game (Go Ducks!). My fiance and I had an unbelievably fun time in the city and this was the perfect place to call home for a few days! We'll be back and try to stay again for sure!

Perfect Location!

This place was fantastic and so were the hosts! Super communication, the place is ADORABLE, clean, and convenient -- an easy walk to Lucas Stadium. Loved the spiral staircase to the loft (!) and the neighborhood-feel. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here to see Taylor Swift at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was a great find-location was impeccable with easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. The only suggestion I have is that there was an abundant lack for mirrors in the house. As 4 girls getting ready for a concert, we had a difficult time sharing a tiny sliver of a mirror in the bathroom. One of us used the microwave reflection to curl hair lol. Otherwise, amazing place!

Great Indy weekend

This is a nice property very close to Lucas Oil Stadium. We did have some trouble using the keypad to get into the house, but the host was quickly responsive and able to get us into the lockbox that had an actual key. There are little steps within the house that are clearly marked. One of our guests was pretty tall (6' 2") and the upstairs bedroom was tricky for him to manoeuver in/out of the bed. Nice, quiet street. Train tracks nearby but that didn't bother us too much. We did have a challenge figuring out the TV - perhaps some instructions would have been helpful! Were eventually able to figure out the over the air stations. Overall great stay!
