Our home has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 people. See pictures of the newly remodeled bathrooms. If you are interested in our property click on "Send Email" for additional information.

Vacation on one of the deepest and widest Inlet Channels at Cherry Grove. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach (Faster and easier than an oceanfront high rise condo). Public parking available on Ocean Blvd one block from house.

Come visit our newly renovated channel Beach Home on your vacation. Enjoy spending time on the waterfront, in the white sand yard or on the front and rear decks and piers. Launch your boat at the community boat ramp/fishing pier/nature trails and recreation area just one street over on 53rd Ave. Charcoal grill is available.

Home has a large eat-in Kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TV's in each room with cable and wireless internet. Plenty of parking space in large driveway or pull into covered parking.

Live entertainment theatres, shopping, restaurants, water sports, parasailing, Sea Doo/kayak rentals and banana boat rides are just a short drive.

All Bedrooms Connect to a Bathroom.
2 bedrooms with 1 King Size Bed each = 2 King Beds
2 bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds each = 4 Queen Beds


We rent to families and responsible adults (25 y.o. and older). No house parties. No Smoking.
A signed contract and a copy of a valid drivers lincense must be received within 12 days of booking.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take off the sheets and place in blue bag in the Great Room
Take the kitchen garbage to large trash cans and pull to the road for pick up. Leave remotes with the proper tv.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in the house. Please smoke outside and use appropriate ash trays
Southern Tide is rented Saturday to Saturday in prime months of summer. Cleaning is $100 Linens will be provided for $180
No Outside Parties in less it agreed upon with homeowners

Great house and location. Loved staying here. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The house was comfortable especially for our large family. We were all able to sit down and eat together. Our girls loved fishing off the back dock. They caught their first fish and crabs! Would love the stay here again!

Amazing Family Vacation!

Beautiful home very close to the beach! Great kitchen for family meals but close to tons of delicious restaurants for going out. Cherry Grove is our favorite!

Property is located near the beach and up town for easy access. There was plenty of parking without any issues. All the kids enjoyed being able to fish off the back deck without having to go to a public pier. I liked the openness of the living area. Beds / mattresses could use some updating but over all property was great. Owner was very accommodating to anything we needed.

Sarah’s beach house was exactly what we were expecting & had hoped for! Property was a gem with the outdoor space and activities for the kids to enjoy from basketball to fishing/crabbing to making s'more's aside the fire pit. We all enjoyed the house between our tournament softball games and it was close to the ball park plus other necessities too. Also, her neighbors to the right are super incredibly sweet and even caught live bait for our girls to use once they saw us there for the weekend! It was a surprise having locals being so open and kind to others who were just renting the home for a long weekend. I would definitely stay here again and we have already talked about it as a possibility for future vacations! Thank you Sarah for your hospitality!

Thanksgiving Retreat.

Sara was a great host! Loved being located on the canal. The kids enjoyed fishing and playing basketball in the driveway. The decks, overlooking the canal, provided a great spot for playing card games in the evening. Look forward to returning next year!

Great location!

Great house for family vacation! This house is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. So many great sitting areas outside for any time of the day and the fire pit with sand was so nice to have for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. Sarah was extremely helpful and communicative. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

Family Fun with Great Fishing!

Sarah & Mike were amazing Hosts! We had so much fun enjoying family, playing basketball, roasting marshellows on the fire pit, and most definitely fishing! Beautiful cozy home with a great location right on the Channel along with a very short walk to the beach! We have stayed in Cherry Grove several times yearly and this place will be our go to from here on out for sure!!

We had a wonderful time. We came down to Myrtle Beach for my daughters wedding. The house was everything we were looking for. Sarah and Mike were awesome hosts and even reached out to us to see how we were doing. We can’t wait to come back again.

Cherry Grove vacation

The house was exactly as we expected and was a great fit for our family. We were very comfortable, enjoyed being on the canal and it was just a short walk to the beach. My family even did some fishing off the dock. The tide was working against us but it was still fun fishing in the evening. We would definitely stay in this home again.

My husband and I took our children along with his parents to this home for spring break. The home is bright and airy. We loved the big open living area and kitchen. The back deck is an amazing place to sit and Read or fish. We would definitely come back! The owner was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful scenery

The overall setting was peaceful. The owners were very accommodating. We had an issue with the wifi and they stayed on it until it was resolved. Very respectful and even gave good restaurant ideas. We really enjoyed the Carolina Roadhouse, so much so we ate there twice.
