The apartment was very clean, newly renovated,quiet,and a great place to stay. Abby was a great host.We will be back in 6 months to stay again. Great location across the street from two public beach access. Bed was very comfortable.

It was the perfect location. Easily accessible, great for a couple or even a solo trip. Larger than I imagined and quite charming. The little details that make a trip easier and less stressful were all executed perfectly. Within literal walking distance to the beach (which is also beautiful and clean) even for my over 80 year old Mom. Great local restaurants within a few miles. The host was responsive and communicative.Definitely will stay again if I can.

We had a good time, the room was bigger than expected and everything was super clean. Also, although it was pet friendly, it didnt have a pet smell, thats something I really appreciated. The host was friendly and kept in contact to make sure I had all the info I needed as well. I would definitely recommend this property and will be booking again in the future. Thank you to the host, you have a good place for a good price!

This studio was SPOTLESS. very very clean. Abby allows pets but, you would never guess if a dog was there before you. Abby (Host) was great. You text her if not right away,within 5 min. There are plenty restaurants close by to choose from. Some a little high,some not, but both great food. Fishing Pier right down the street,along with Bait&Tackle store 1 block away. Publix grocery store 4-5 min away if you choose to cook. I only stayed 3 nights but next time 5-7 days. You won't be disappointed plenty of room. Thank you Abby. Corky 08/4/2026-8/07/2026

The location is so close to the beach! The apartment was very clean and seemed new and very clean. The host is easy to communicate with and she responds quickly with replies. There are a lot of places to eat very close by. We were so glad we could bring our 2 small dogs too. We highly recommend staying at this apartment. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are visiting Jacksonville Beach.
