Bien, mais chère pour cette prestation

L appartement est très petit et ne dispose pas de climatisation, la literie laisse à désirer et à fait son temps, à l arrivée dans le logement nous avons du refaire le ménage car ce n' était pas très propre. Par contre le petit extérieur est très bien ainsi que la véranda. La vaisselle est très bien et en nombre suffisant. Par contre les meubles sont trop massif et les deux fauteuils ne sont pas nécessaire et encombre un peu plus le studio. Le réfrigérateur commence à fatiguer.

Bien, chère pour ce que c'est

Le studio lui-même est bien mais très petit, il est très bien situé et donne un accès facile à la navette pour aller à la plage. A l'arrivée ce n'était pas propre nous avons dû refaire le ménage. Il manque aussi la clim qui aurait été fort appréciable et au vu du prix. Les meubles sont également trop massifs et les deux fauteuils ne sont pas indispensables ce qui fait perdre la place dans le studio. Par contre la vaisselle était très bien et en nombre suffisant ainsi que le petit extérieur est un plus ainsi que la véranda. La literie commence à être fatigué ce qui est dommage pour passer de bonne nuit en vacances. Le réfrigérateur commence également être fatigué nous avons perdu pas mal de viande.

Cuisine pas très pratique. Les lits superposés dans le couloir pas top pour celui qui y dort. Beaucoup de bruit là nuit avec les portes. La literie laisse à désire ont ne met pas des planches comme sommier. Voir aussi avec les locataire de l immeuble pour le lancé de mego de cigarettes. La salle de bain il manque une vmc très étouffant. Après la douche.

Rez de jardin calme et sécurisé

Appartement conforme aux attentes. Très bien situé (15 minutes maximum à pied du bord de mer et de ses plages de sable fin, de son animation, de commerces, du marché…). Résidence très calme et sécurisée. Appartement correct et adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes. Jardin totalement clos. La véranda présente un plus.
