DOMMAGE

L'endroit est superbe, peu de bruit de la part des voisins, maigres la proximité des logements. Cependant, un bémol, la cuisine n'est pas moderne, de vieux éléments fin des années 70, équipement de cuisson dépassé, pas de micron onde. La chambre , le sol bosselé. La salle de bain, avec de la moquette au mur qui date, donne une odeur de moisie, surtout au dessus de la baignoire, qui est petite, et rien contre les projections d'eau . L'état du logement est déplorable, peinture sale, portes sales.

La salle de bain était insalubre (moquette aux murs et au sol !!!!!!!!, les meubles de cuisine et de salle de bain en trés mauvais état, certaines parties cassées. La nappe était tachée. Les couettes n'étaient pas adaptées aux housses: une grande couette dans une petite housse, deux couettes pour lit bébé dans une housse prévue pour un lit d'une personne ???? Je ne comprends pas qu'Interhome propose cet appartement en location

per chi cerca tranquillità

L'appartamento è in un complesso immerso nel verde, molto tranquillo, l'auto è obbligatoria per spostarsi, migliorabile la sala da bagno (vasca piccola senza tenda e pareti con moquette che si bagnano e restano umide, non si riesce a fare la doccia) e lo spazio per i vestiti. Letti abbastanza comodi per 3/4 persone. Adatto a chi cerca la massima tranquillità e non necessita di servizi sotto casa.
