Okay apartment, terrible management.The apartment was very clean and new. However, for this price point I would have expected higher quality sheets, towels, and dishes - looked like they were purchased from the dollar store. The apartment is also very loud, there are 2 buildings right next to it that are under construction. The windows are single pane and you can hear loud construction during the day and traffic at night. The communication with the host was terrible. The washing machine stopped working halfway through my 2-week stay and they told me they were going to send a technician but that never happened. When I asked for a partial refund, they made me wait for weeks and eventually telling me the washing machine was working properly and didn’t give me any refunds. Telling me it was plugged into the wrong outlet, as if I decided to move the washing machine and plug it into another outlet out of nowhere. I was trying to troubleshoot it and probably left it in the end in another outlet. The location wasn't too bad if you like the downtown area. It's right next to the Kaseya Center and Bayfront park. Not somewhere I would personally want to stay again.
