Vacation apartment near Günzburg and Legoland® (Whg.4)

Dear Holidaymakers,<br>Our holiday apartments near LEGOLAND® Günzburg (about a 10- to 15-minute drive) may not be a luxury hotel, but you’ll find clean and cosy apartments at fair prices.<br><br>All apartments have 2 separate bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV, a living/dining kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The large backyard with a trampoline and football goals is part of what we offer. The monitored car park is located on our private property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.<br><br>Shopping options such as a bakery (approx. 300 m, also open on Sundays), as well as Aldi, Rewe, and a chemist, are just a few minutes’ walk away and only about 400 m from the house. In the city centre, which you can also easily reach on foot, you’ll find pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, and bars.<br><br>We’d now like to briefly introduce ourselves to you.<br>We’ve been running our holiday apartments for many years now, renting them primarily to Legoland® guests.<br>We’re always delighted to welcome new guests, in addition to our regulars. <br>Our goal is to offer affordable apartments for families at a truly fair and reasonable price.<br>We believe the price-to-value ratio should simply be right. We’ll always find a solution.<br><br>We look forward to your visit.<br>The Hölzer Family<br><br>EXCURSION INFORMATION:<br>Our holiday rental is located in Burgau, not far from Günzburg and LEGOLAND®. The drive to LEGOLAND® takes about 10–15 minutes. The same applies to Günzburg. <br>A large outlet mall featuring many brands is just a few kilometres away and ideal for bargain hunters.<br>You can reach Ulm and Augsburg in about 25 minutes. Munich—home to BMW Welt, Hellabrunn Zoo, the Olympic Stadium, and much more—is about an hour away.<br><br>An information folder is available for you in your holiday rental. In it, you’ll find great information on other nearby attractions such as restaurants, bars, pizza delivery, shopping, museums, swimming pools, an ice rink, and more.<br>Of course, we’d also be happy to give you some tips.<br>A holiday in Burgau is definitely worth it.<br><br>Please note that we have a minimum occupancy of three people. If there are fewer than three people, please enquire first. Thank you very much.<br>Since we are primarily a family-friendly accommodation, we ask that employees of “Montag” or companies enquire first. <br>Other:<br>Unfortunately, private parties and celebrations (e.g., stag nights, New Year’s Eve parties, etc.) are not permitted in our holiday apartments.
