Vacation Apartment in Burgau with a Personal Touch

A very cosy holiday rental in Burgau, a small town with 10,000 residents on the Mindel River, which flows into the Danube a few kilometres further on. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house. With approximately 50 square metres of living space, it offers you an unforgettable holiday. The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2020. The bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (140 cm wide). Privacy screens and roller shades on all windows and the door provide privacy and light control as needed. The kitchen with a dining area is the first thing you’ll notice upon entering the apartment. It’s equipped with two hob burners, a refrigerator, and a small oven. A kettle, a French press, and a toaster are also provided. There is ample storage space for groceries and other items. The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. The TV with satellite channels sits on a large chest of drawers that offers some storage space. In addition, an exterior door provides direct access to the front yard from the living room. The bathroom, featuring a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower, a sink, and a raised toilet seat, is accessible through a sliding glass door. A hair dryer, towels, and various bathroom amenities are provided. A washing machine and a freestanding dryer are available. Bedding, towels, and free Wi-Fi are included in the price. Parking is available in front of the house on the public street. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Advance payment by bank transfer is possible upon arrangement. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not accepted. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Later check-in is possible by arrangement using the key safe. Check-out must take place by 12:00 PM at the latest. Special check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Longer stays are possible by arrangement. Pets are not allowed.
