Eutin—nestled in the heart of the Holsteinische Schweiz Nature Park—offers its visitors unique holiday experiences. The holiday home is located on a hill near Eutin’s city bay. From there, Eutin’s city centre and the Seescharwald (a historic lakeside beach) are within easy walking distance. This spacious, bright holiday home, measuring 200 m², accommodates 10 people (+ 1 toddler). It was newly and modernly furnished in 2007 and has been renovated annually since then as needed; it is designed as a holiday home for small groups and families. You’ll find quiet spaces to retreat to as well as room for fun and games. Features: high-quality built-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ample storage space, and an additional fridge-freezer combo in the utility room downstairs; fireplace room, with the fire visible from the dining room; bright dining room with access to the terrace; separate TV room, reading area on the loft with a library; utility room with washing machine and dryer; double garage; games and play equipment

A wallbox is available in the double garage for free charging of electric cars.
Charging performance is optimised using surplus power from the solar PV system installed on the roof of the house.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr schönes Haus. Super Lage. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein paar kleine Reparaturarbeiten würden nicht schaden. Ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Es ist alles nutzbar. Wir waren mit Familie, Freunden und Hund. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit an der Ostsee. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren als Familie in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Zum See und zur Innenstadt waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß mit genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten.In der Küche war alles vorhanden und alle Räume sehr sauber.Für eine Großfamilie oder eine Reise mit Freunden ist dieses Haus sehr zu Empfehlen.

Leider hätte diese Unterkunft mal eine ordentliche Grundreinigung verdient, speziell in Küche und Badezimmer. Beim Grill fehlte das nötige Grillzubehör, Zange etc. Ausstattung ist o.k., Lage des Hauses auch, auch der Ort Eutin ist zu empfehlen

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir bedauern es, dass das Haus nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Für andere Reisende nachfolgende Informationen: Der angesprochene Grill ist ein Weber Kugelgrill. Das Grillbesteck liegt, aufgrund der Grösse, nicht in den beiden normalen Besteckschubladen sondern in den Schubladen rechts vom Herd. Sollten Sie etwas im Haus vermissen, können Sie uns jederzeit telefonisch oder per Mail erreichen Unsere persönlichen Kontaktdaten sind deshalb für Gäste freigeschaltet

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, bestens geeignet für große Familien mit Kindern. Toller Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen können (Sandkasten mit Spielzeug, Schaukel, Rutsche, Platz für Ballspieke), auch für drinnen viele Spiele sowohl für Kinder als auch Erwachsene vorhanden, ebenso (Bilder-)Bücher. Ideal war der Hauswirtschaftsraum im 1. OG mit Spüle, Waschmaschine und Trockner, gut auch als Wickelmöglichkeit für die ganz Kleinen geeignet.Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber Innenstadt, See und Schloss fußläufig gut erreichbar (ca 10- 15 Minuten).

Beste Lage mit viel Platz

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und hat auch einen tollen Garten. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkinder da und man konnte sich gut verteilen wenn man wollte. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Am See war man in fünf gehminuten, in die Stadt war es auch nicht weit. Wir konnten das meiste mit dem Fahrrad erledigen. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung ist einfach und funktionel, bis auf die Küche, da müsste man die Utensilien mal checken,für uns war es ein wenig dürftig,und einige Türen kontrollieren. Der Fön war unauffindbar, haben die Beschreibung gefunden. Wir haben dem Haus einen neuen Fön gespendet :) Alles in allem, wer viel Platz braucht und in dem wunderschönen Eutin Urlaub machen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Lg. Tina S.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Terrasse und Spielgeräten im Garten. Ca. 10 Minuten zur Altstadt, zum See und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. War ein toller Urlaub.

Bis auf die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit (würde eine andere Reinigungkraft suchen )war alles nett.Vielleicht ein paar Filtertüten u.eine Haushaltsrolle wäre nett .Spülmittel u. Toilettenpapier waren auch so gut wie alle.

Einen schönes Domizil mit Potenzial

Das Haus ist sehr schön geschnitten und wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (10,10 und 12)reichlich Platz. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig 🤔 Auch einige Reparaturen könnte das Haus vertragen . Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen - es war eine gelungene Uraubswoche.

Wir haben die Zeit in Eutin sehr genossen. Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Kinder haben sehr gerne im Garten gespielt. Die Lage des Objektes ist in Eutin, und auch für Ausflüge, sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes helles geräumiges Haus.

Wir haben es in Eutin sehr genossen. Das Haus kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, wir waren mit Hund da und konnten schöne Spaziergänge machen. Auch die Nähe zur Ostsee ist von Vorteil.

Wir hatten eine super Ferienfahrt

Super unkomplizierter Kontakt und einfaches Einchecken. Das Haus ist toll, wenn auch an einigen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen. Es bietet aber sehr viel Platz und alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist super, denn man ist schnell in Kiel, Lübeck oder an den Ostseestränden der Lübecker Bucht. Auch Eutin selbst ist zu empfehlen, mit dem Schloss und Küchengarten. In der Nähe steht auch die Bräutigamseiche, auch ein kleines Ausflugsziel, was sogar relativ leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen wäre.

Familienurlaub in Eutin

Das Haus war für uns, 5 Erwachsene und drei Kinder im Alter von 3,4,4, perfekt. Wir hatten genügend Platz. Der Garten war für die Kids zum Spielen sehr schön. Die Terrasse ist etwas ungepflegt, die Büsche könnten einen Rückschritt vertragen. Alles im Allem haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche erlebt. Schade, dass die historischen Badeanstalt so ungepflegt ist. Schwimmen kann man dort leider nicht empfehlen. In Eutin gibt etliche schöne Spielplätze.

Das Haus ist super und die Küche ist super ausgestattet.

Der Checkin war echt super und das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht!! Der Verwalter ist wirklich nett, wir durften sogar früher ins Haus, weil vor uns keine Belegung war.
