Objekt exklusives Apartment in Karlsruhe

Die Bezeichnung exlusives Apartment sollte dringend aus Ihrer Anpreisung gestrichen werden . Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude das sehr von sozialen Brennpunkten geprägt ist .Zustand des Gebäudes durch die Husverwaltung sehr schlecht . Defekte Lichtschalter im Eingangsbereich ist eise sehr große Gefahrenquelle für die Bewohner. Der Wohnungszustand ist sehr abgewohnt und nicht einladend um entspannt seine Ferien oder Geschäftsreisen zuverbringen. Die vorhandene Küchenausstattung und Geräte , konnten auf Grund ihres aktuellen Reinigungszustandes nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden . Objekt ist nicht weiter zuempfehlen.

Gemütliche Wohnung für Städteausflug mit guter Nahverkehrsanbindung

Super guter Check-In Vorgang, ruhige Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet, nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt „heim kommen“, Bus und Straßenbahn in der Nähe, gerne wieder 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
