We had issues with the check-in process because the email with the instructions wasn’t working. Once we were able to get the key, we realized it’s a six unit property and nothing in the instructions show which unit we would be in. We stayed for four nights and the first morning we realized there was no toilet paper. When I reached out to the host, she said this is not a hotel. We don’t provide that. I’ve traveled all over Europe and a great deal in Germany and I’ve never stayed in a vacation property that didn’t provide toilet paper. The property it self is fine. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood about a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the train station. It was a bit small for 3 adults as there is not living room area to gather. The TV is located in the Kitchen so the only place to sit is at the kitchen table.

Leider fehlten eine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit, Heißwasserkocher und Informationen wie die Nachtspeicheröfen zu bedienen sind. Positiv war,dass der Ansprechpartner zeitnah reagiert hat und sogar kurz vorbei kam,um einige Mängel zu beseitigen
