Casa Bella Vista

A warm welcome to our holiday rental, Bella Vista (beautiful view).<br><br>Our house is located approximately 930 m above sea level in a completely secluded setting with a breathtaking view of the Cuneo plain and the surrounding 3,000-meter peaks of the Piedmont Alps. Thanks to its south-facing location, we enjoy glorious sunshine all day long. <br>The holiday apartment, measuring approximately 45 square metres, is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. It features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (range hood, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, etc.). The living room is equipped with a TV/radio offering German and Italian channels, as well as a sofa bed for two guests. A hallway with a coat closet leads to the bathroom, which features a toilet, bidet, sink, and a large, walk-in brick shower. Next door is the bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed for two people; a cot can be added upon request. Our house is heated by an eco-friendly pellet/solar heating system. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment, and German electrical sockets are also available. Surrounding the house is a large terrace with a grill and a pizza oven, as well as approximately 5,000 square metres of natural grounds that our holiday guests can use to relax. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.<br><br>Parking is available right next to the house. Access from Morra del Villar is via a paved mountain road; the last approximately 150 metres are on an easily navigable gravel path. The road leading up to the house is cleared of snow even in winter.
