Modern, comfortable single-family house, renovated in 2022. In the centre of Verzuolo, 20 m from the stream. For shared use: courtyard. Private: patio (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Shop 600 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 180 m, bar 500 m, bus stop 850 m. Nearby attractions: Saluzzo 6 km, Chiesa Santa Maria della Scala 1 km, Cuneo 30 km. Hiking paths: Valle Varaita 40 km, Valle Maira 33 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The owner has a small farm in the common courtyard.
