Wonderful stay minutes from everything

This three-bedroom rental has it all including three decks and ample street parking. The host was really responsive when we had questions about the check-in process. We would definitely come back to this town and this home.

Beautiful Stay in Garmisch

A pleasant and relaxing apartment. Amazing views from our balcony. Perfect for 2 adult couples. Lots of room. Checkin was easy and staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend the Sonnensteig Apartment.

Two story apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

This unit required going up one flight of stairs to the entrance. Very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous mountain off the deck. One BR on main level and two bedrooms upstairs (upper BR's have a slightly sloped ceiling). Room with two twin beds was quite small, but worked for sleeping. Main living/dining area was a great hangout spot for the family. Garmisch of course is a great central setting to see the Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau castles, Zugspitze, Innsbruck, George/river hiking trails. Would stay here again.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider gibt es nur vier Stühle mit Sitzauflagen auf dem großen Balkon, auf dem oberen Balkon waren nur 2 Stühle, auf dem seitlichen Balkon war - nichts. Hier wären zwei Liegen schön gewesen. Die Garage ist mit einem Hochdachkombi oder einem tiefergelegten Auto nicht nutzbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es aber in den Seitenstraßen.

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick auf die Zugspitze von der Terrasse aus ist einfach fantastisch. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die hervorragende Organisation sowie die ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch das Mahr-Team.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Nähe zu allen Ausflugszielen. Wunderbarer Blick vom Balkon auf die Zug/ Alpspitze. Grillen war auch möglich, da eingelassener Grill in der Häuserwand / Kaminabzug. Die Wohnung ist optimal für mehrere Bewohner , da durch 1 .Geschoss und Obergeschoss und 2 Badezimmer genug Privatsphäre für alle bleibt. Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alle elektronische Geräte waren sauber und sofort einsatzfähig. Grosses Lob an die Hausverwaltung, alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Toller Urlaub !!!

Der Check in lief problemlos. Ging auch ohne Kontakt zu den Vermietern beziehungsweise der Vermittlung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung relativ eng. Zumindest enger, als auf den Bildern ersichtlich war. Daher war es mit sechs Leuten relativ knapp. Insgesamt aber alles völlig ausreichend funktional. Gute Lage. Nur vielleicht etwas laut an der Hauptstraße. Und das mit der Garage geht leider auch nur für Kleinwagen. Das wäre vielleicht auch noch ganz nett in der Beschreibung einzufügen. Man muss sich also einen Parkplatz an der Straße suchen.

Super Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Gute Ausstattung und schöne Bäder. Wer im Hochsommer hier her möchte, sollte allerdings lieber auf die direkt darunter gelegene Ferienwohnung „Romantik“ zurückgreifen. Da die Ferienwohnung „Sonnensteig“ als Maisonette vom 1. OG ins Dachgeschoss reicht, wird es ganz oben recht schnell unerträglich warm.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und können die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der große Tisch im Wohn- bzw. Eßzimmer ist perfekt zum spielen geeignet und um die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Die Küche ist zwar klein aber gut ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
