The cosy semi-detached house “Sommerträume” is sure to meet your expectations. Every year, the house undergoes a “thorough renovation” to ensure you always feel welcome. In addition, the house is located not far from the charming centre of the Dorf area. Everything is in place for you to have a wonderful time. <br><br>The living space of approximately 115 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:<br><br>Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terraces; a shower room/toilet; an utility room<br>This half of the house features a total of 2 terraces, equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair; a grill is also available for your use. The high-quality kitchen amenities invite you to cook together.<br><br>Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses) and a walk-in closet. A bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm each), a bathroom with a bathtub, separate rain shower, and double sink<br><br>Attic: a studio with a Ruf Premium box spring bed (180 x 200 cm—full-length topper) and a desk<br>The house features underfloor heating and radiators. <br><br>We’ve also thought of our younger guests: in addition to a high chair and a portable travel cot, children’s dishes and cutlery are provided, and the electrical sockets are equipped with child safety covers.<br><br>There is a lockable shed for bicycles.<br>One carport parking space is also available for your use.
