Semi-detached house "Böhler Wiesenblick" - Cozy vacation home for 6 people

The "Böhler Wiesenblick" semi-detached home, which underwent extensive renovations in the fall of 2021, offers plenty of space for even larger families to relax. Not far from Böhler Beach and the golf course, you’ll find the peace and quiet you need to leave the stresses of everyday life behind. The property is situated on a beautifully landscaped garden lot, surrounded by the Friesenwall and dunes.

The living area of approximately 120 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; a shower room/toilet; and an utility room
This half of the house features two terraces with garden furniture and a beach chair.

Upper Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (each 180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses) and TV, a shower room/toilet with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and sauna
The bedroom windows are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens.

Attic: one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a TV

The garden shed provides storage space for bicycles.
Two parking spaces are available for your use.
You are welcome to bring your dog.
