In just a few minutes, you can reach the pier leading to the beach with its characteristic stilt houses. <br><br>The living space of approximately 81 m² spans two levels and is divided as follows:<br><br>Upper level: entryway, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and access to the balcony; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—single mattresses), a shower room/toilet<br>The west-facing balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, is a perfect spot to relax on nice days.<br><br>Top floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses), a shower room/toilet with a sauna<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor (coin-operated machines: 1 € coins required).<br>There is also an lift in the building.<br><br>One covered parking space is available for your use. (Please note: max. height 1.90 m!)<br>You are welcome to bring your dog.

Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch, die Wohnung sauber und alles sehr funktional. Die Sauna ist gerade in den kalten Monaten ein echtes Highlight. Raumaufteilung hat für uns zwei nicht verpaarte Personen super funktioniert und die Wohnung auch geräumig genug wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung auf zwei Ebenen, bestens ausgestattet und in einer sehr guten Lage. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern, einem großen Balkon mit einem Strandkorb, einer neuwertigen Sauna und einem tadellosen WLAN versehen, bietet die Wohnung alles, was das Gästeherz begehrt. Dazu kommen noch Smart-TVs und vor allem ein großdimensionierter Parkplatz in einem Unterstand vor dem Haus. Die im Obergeschoss liegende Wohnung kann mit einem Fahrstuhl erreicht werden. Von uns gibt es ganz klar einen Daumen nach oben. Wir würden diese FeWo ganz sicher wieder buchen. im Internet.

Wir sind SPO-Wiederholungstäter. Immer eine Reise wert. Zwiegespalten. Die Lage ist top und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Leichte Mankos wegen sehr teurer Waschmaschinenbenutzung, was bei einem Baby aber wichtig ist. Schon öfters gebucht.
