This property is intended for family stays and quiet residential travel.
Not suitable for events, parties, or adult entertainment activities. This is a four bedroom home. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms the two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom. There is a solar heated swimming pool. We have a large Open Plan kitchen dining area informal lounge sunroom and patio room all with ocean and Mountain View’s. The house is spacious and open with a lot of light. Indoor braai and beautiful garden. Parking for 2 cars. Perfect for a family. Not 2 families only one. For example, husband wife 2-3 kids, grandparent.

I am a retired ballet teacher living in Cape Town with my husband and 2 children. I love living close to the Ocean and traveling. Cape Town is truly one of the most beautiful cities in the world and there is no other place I would want to live.
Why they chose this property
Oceana Villa is a beautiful property with incredible views of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Robben Island. We have views of the Oceana in all the living areas upstairs. The villa is surrounded by beautiful bonsai trees which is very unusual. We are steps from the beach and shopping centres. Our villa has been open for rental for many years and we enjoy welcoming people from across the world to fall inlove with Cape Town
What makes this property unique
Views of Table Mountain, Ocean, Robben Island, Big Bay. Close proximately to the beach. We built this house and had it feng shui'd to allow for as much good energy and natural light in as possible.
