The entire interior is being renovated and repainted, many furnishings will be new, existing hardwood floors will be refinished, and the bedrooms will feature beautiful new hardwood flooring in place of the existing carpeting. The kitchen is also being enhanced with additional convenience and functionality, including two dishwashers and two refrigerators, making it exceptionally well suited for large families and groups.

Open-concept living spaces provide plenty of room for gathering, while multiple living areas and expansive decks offer opportunities to relax and take in the panoramic Atlantic views from nearly every level.
