The simple apartment Residence La Cava 2 Bilocale B is located in Pognana Lario, on the banks of Lake Como. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a washing machine (The complex has a communal laundry room where guests can use the washing machine at a small cost.)
This apartment features a private covered balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy the views. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool with a children’s pool as well as to a tennis court.
Despite the peaceful location of the apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is just 1 minute away on foot (105 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute drive away (1.4 km). Pognana Lario’s ferry terminal is just 5 minutes away on foot (450 m) and the lovely Spiaggia di Careno is just 4 minutes away by car (2.5 km). Mailand Malpensa airport is 56 minutes away by car (58.7 km).
There is a free parking space within the property for the guests' private use.
From 10pm, it is compulsory to keep the volume of music and TV low. This residence is not suitable for those with difficult climbing stairs, as all rooms are reachable by stairs only. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. Time of arrival at the property: from 16:00 to 19:00 (in case of delay please advise by calling within office hours and we will leave an envelope with keys and directions on how to reach the apartment). Departure between 9 and 10 am. Arrivals are from Saturday to Saturday for the next bookings. 1 week.
