Villetta Rosa vacation home is located in the small Ligurian town of Lavagna, near Genoa. It is only 3,5 km away from the nearest beach. The charming 2-level vacation home is situated on a hill and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine area with a queen size bed, a bathroom and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and a TV.

Very nice small private « dépendance » n’est to the owner’s house.Fantastic view on the Lavagna / Sestri bay from the private terrace. The house is on the hights of Cavi Borgo, away from the busy trafic. Idéal for hicking in the mountain with our two dogs. Perfectly placed for visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre. Matteo and his mother are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We recommend

Kind people but the accomodation is not as expected

The people are kind, but the accomodation was far from clean. About everything felt not clean and sticky. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken. On top of that there was a wasp's nest in the attick, close to the second bed. All things considered we desided to leave.

Check in war eine Katastrophe,

Keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise möglich,nicht erreichbar. Vermeintliche Vermieterin hatte angeblich keine Ahnung von unserer Buchung. Das Haus war kalt als wir am 10.12.2023 abends ankamen. Die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten E-Heizkörper sollten wir am Ende mit 60€ für die 2 Wochen bezahlen. Die Gasheizung wusste sie anfänglich nicht anzustellen,diese mussten wir täglich mehrere Stunden komplett abstellen,weil das eine gesetzliche Vorgabe wäre. Unsere Recherche hierzu ergab was anderes. Am Ende sollten wir das Haus noch putzen und von den 100€ bekamen wir letztendlich nur noch 70€ zurück, da man uns 30€ für Strom und Heizung berechnete. Das konnten wir dann noch zumindest runter handeln. KATASTROPHE!!! Wir haben ihr auch vermittelt,dass sie das Haus dann im Winter einfach nicht mehr vermieten soll. Nicht empfehlenswert diese Unterkunft!!!

Wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass Matteos und unsere oberste Priorität die Kundenzufriedenheit ist. Wir sind bestrebt, dass Sie einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt haben und möchten uns aufrichtig bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Unser internationaler Kundenservice steht Ihnen bei Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit dem Gastgeber gerne zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der gesundheitlichen Situation kam es zu Missverständnissen und die Unterkunft wurde vor Ihrer Ankunft leider nicht vorgeheizt. Tatsächlich ist es in Italien gesetzlich untersagt, die Unterkunft zwischen 14 Uhr und 17 Uhr zu nutzen, daher wurden Ihnen 2 elektrische Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, mit der Information, dass für diese eine zusätzliche Gebühr anfällt, sollten Sie diese nutzen. Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen entstanden sind und hoffen, dass wir Sie demnächst in einer anderen Holidu Unterkunft begrüßen dürfen, um Ihnen eine bessere Erfahrung zu bereiten. Präsentation im Internet verspricht zu viel

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Das Häuschen an sich ist witzig, dann wird es aber schon schwierig. Das Inventar ist uralt, auf das Sofa will sich niemand setzen. Alles ist zusammengestückelt, einzelne Möbelstücke nicht komplett, sieht aus wie vom Sperrmüll. In der Küche sind einzelne Geräte nicht zu gebrauchen, Türen schließen nicht. Vor lauter Ramsch kaum Platz, um ein paar Lebensmittel und Getränke zu lagern. Ordenlich hingegen das große Bett im Obergeschoss. Der Belag der großen Sonnenterasse ist gefährlich. Viele Dielen lose, zum Teil fast 90 Grad gedreht und nach oben stehend. Nix für Kinder! Der Grill ist ebenfalls nicht zu gebrauchen. Kein richtiger Rost, ansonsten der eigentlich schöne Platz mit Gartenabfällen belegt. Die "überdachte kleine Terasse" dient als Unterkunft für 4 Katzen, ist wohl auch nicht für die Urlauber gedacht. War dann ein Problem für unseren kleinen Hund. Hat ein paar Tage gedauert, bis er sich bissel Respekt verschafft hatte. Wir haben das vor Ort nicht angesprochen, wir hatten ein Sprachproblem :-) Ansonsten: Die Landschaft, die Städte, das Meer - einfach schön. Trotz den Einschränkungen in der Unterkunft - wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Super Aussicht

Alles in allem war die Wohnung super. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer ist einmalig. Die Kommunikation beim Check in und Check out hätte etwas besser laufen können. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Very nice place to be!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Mai. Der Empfang bei Ankunft war unkompliziert, die Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zu der Unterkunft gehören zwei herrliche Terrassen - mit Weitblick auf´s Meer. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig - man kann prima entspannen. Der Preis für diese Oase ist die Zufahrt über Serpentinen und eine steile Straße - wer damit kein Problem hat, wird fürstlich entlohnt. Jederzeit wieder!

Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, Sonnenuntergang und Meer! Einen ganzen Tag möchte ich nicht am Haus verbringen, aber als Start für Strand, Berge und Städte ist es echt klasse!
