It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 5 heated (seasonally), shuffle board, Security, 18 hole mini golf (free), just off the patio is a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex.

No Pets, Non Smoking Unit. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23 years old to rent the unit.
Queen master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Unit is extended on both top and bottom floors with a beautiful family dining room over looking the lagoon. Gas grill and concrete table on the rear patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless steel appliances, new tile & carpet. 4 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, Granite Countertops, washer and dryer. Complete Renovation.
