Ferienwohnung am Argental

Our beautiful vacation rental for two people, complete with a terrace, is located on the first floor of our single-family home in the lovely town of Primisweiler near Wangen im Allgäu.
It features a bedroom, a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The small terrace is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Wangen is 6 km away; the bus stop is within walking distance, and a small grocery store is located right nearby. The beautiful surroundings of the Allgäu region are also ideal for hiking or biking. Lake Constance is also within easy reach.

A sunny and modernly furnished vacation rental with outdoor seating in Primisweiler near Wangen im Allgäu.
With 47 m² of space, the apartment accommodates 2 people. If needed, an additional person can sleep on the pull-out sofa. Public parking is available.

A separate entrance leads to the ground-floor vacation rental.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a generously sized, fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (open at the bottom), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful weather.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, radio, hair dryer, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, and dishwasher (supplies for the coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine are provided for your first use). Bed linens and towels are also provided. A clothes drying rack is available for your use.

In the area surrounding the vacation apartment, you’ll find swimming lakes, biking and hiking trails, forests, meadows, and Lake Constance right nearby. A grocery store (our village store) is a 3-minute walk away. The Blausee is located on the outskirts of the village and is perfect for swimming and relaxing in the summer. A bus stop is right nearby. Wangen is about 7 km away (where the Waldburg Zeil Specialized Clinics are located).

The A96 highway is about 10 km away. Lake Constance is about 20 km away.
Neighboring Austria and Switzerland are also easily and quickly accessible from here.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen kleinen, ruhiggelegenen Ort. Innendrin sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dort hat man sich direkt wohlgefühlt :)

Super schöne neue Fe-wo in guter Lage

Wir waren super happy mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Zum einen ist sie ganz neu gemacht, liebevoll eingerichtet, SUPER SAUBER und auch die Ausstattung ist klasse. Mehr als das Herz begehrt! Unkomplizierte und wirklich nette Vermieter!

Tolle FeWo neu eingerichtet

Sehr gut geschnittene FeWo. Angenehm ruhige Lage mit überdachter Terrasse. Auch im Haus ist es angenehm ruhig. Ein Auto oder Ebikes helfen beim Erkunden.
