I Love Life! I work very hard and so when it is time to relax I come to the lake. I enjoy my family and my grandkids. Love watching their faces when they are excited.

Why they chose this property

I chose Park Place because my buddy and his wife had stayed at over 30 different places in the Ozarks. They Loved this one and bought 2 years ago. So i stayed at a few and agreed with his family. Park Place is very unique with the views and such calm wildlife. To me, it is absolute tranquility. I know you will love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

I believe it has to be the peacefulness. The wildlife is something that is really unique as well. Where else can you go and have 20 deer just grazing or have A bald eagle nesting in your tree? The people are really different as well, I have been places where people won’t leave you alone. Park Place society will talk if approached and will leave you be if you wish as well. I am a not recluse by any means but sometimes I just want to have peace, and here I get just that.
You can have absolute silence here and get in the car or boat and go just a bit to where it is all taking place. By car you can visit any big named bar or restaurant you have heard of or shop at any place you desire. By boat you can hit party cove just around the corner. Dog Days is the first Bar-restaurant- swim up bar you come to. The boat races are held there as well. Then it is Redheads, Shorty pants and Back water Jack’s close from there.
I also like the fact that there are places to rent anything you desire close by.
