A relaxing holiday in this approximately 72-square-meter semi-detached house with a garden and terrace. Spread over two levels, this home is perfect for a holiday with up to 4 people. The ground floor features a large living room with a dining area, a sofa nook, and a rustic, cosy wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher. The shower room on the ground floor has a modern and simple design. On the upper floor, there are two separate bedrooms with double beds (2 mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m) and another simple, modern bathroom. For our youngest guests, there is a portable travel cot—though you’ll need to bring your own mattress—and a high chair is also available. Guests are welcome to use the garage. The sunny patio and garden are accessible directly from the living room and enjoy a beautiful southeast-facing location. The garden is fenced in. Generally, there’s nothing standing in the way of a holiday with your pet, as pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. It’s about a 6-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach in Kellenhusen. If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee; a washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment.
