The residential complex is located in the heart of Kellenhusen. Apartment 14, a 55-square-meter ground-floor unit, is also located in this complex. The living room is furnished with a spacious sofa area. The dining area and kitchen—equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave—are also located in this bright living space. The two separate bedrooms are both very cosy and beautifully decorated. The larger room features a double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The second room is perfectly suited for one person and includes a single bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). The apartment’s bathroom is wheelchair-accessible; the shower is at ground level and equipped with a grab bar. The beautiful, sunny terrace faces southeast and is partially covered. With this apartment, beauty is right at your doorstep—the Baltic Sea is just a 2-minute walk away. There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a holiday with your pet, as pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. There is a storage room in the basement for bicycles you bring with you. If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee; a washing machine and dryer are also available in the building for a fee.
